My newest nephew just turned one... the time somehow goes faster in aunt-world than it does in mommy-world. We met for a quick mini session on his birthday (EARLY in the morning, thanks to the desert heat!) and captured a few precious moments involving a cake with blue icing, a favorite stuffed giraffe and a call from his grandparents to sing him happy birthday... I love his expression when he hears them sing!
