I first met Katie and Jason at their maternity session a few weeks ago and was struck by their calm and joyful demeanor regarding their baby's arrival. My initial impressions of them proved true - they are relaxed, thoughtful and doting parents to sweet baby Rudy.
At 14 days old, Rudy was a trooper as we documented his adorable little self, but Butters (the family dog) was wondering what all the fuss was about. He worked his way into a few fun shots, naturally. When Katie stepped inside to change Rudy's diaper, Jason and I couldn't resist snapping a few "dog-as-baby" photos.
